Work continues on Sunnybrae Road to install the T2 transit lane, move bus stops, change carparks, and other changes that were consulted on in 2020. Be aware that there is a road closure overnight from 7pm to 5am until Friday 10 June. 🚧

What isn’t shown on the drawings are the two sets of transit lane cameras that have been installed. 📸 These are the same design as on Onewa Road, with 4 cameras per pole, and are designed to monitor the number of people in each vehicle during the T2 period. I have requested information from AT on when the cameras will be active and whether there will be a warning period before infringement notices are issued.
