Auckland Transport is proposing to upgrade 8 bus stops on Porritt Ave, Chatswood, to make bus tracking easier and improve pedestrian visibiloty at crossing points.
The proposal includes:
- New hardstand areas and tactile pavers
- New road markings, including yellow lines on Chelsea View Drive, Mappin Place and Calman Place
- Relocating a streetlight outside 37 Porritt Ave
- Removal of a tree outside 20 Porritt Ave
- Removal of 26 carpark spaces.
