Auckland Transport and their contractor will extending the footpath, kerb and channel at the end of Glendhu Road, near the pedestrian bridge (eastern end of the bridge).
Work will be carried out from 7am to 6pm, Monday 13 May to Friday 31 May 2019 (weather permitting).
This job has been prioritised and funded by the Kaipatiki Local Board, via our Transport Capital fund, and will help to ease flooding and drainage issues due to new developments on the road, ease pressure on this part of Glendhu Scenic Reserve, and make it safer for schoolchildren who are dropped off at the end of the road to attend Bayview Primary School.
