Halls Beach Reserve/Hall Street, Northcote Point: I’ve received many complaints from residents about the project to renew the path from Queen Street, through Halls Beach Reserve, including the length of time that it has taken, lack of information, and the inconvenience that this has caused – particularly for the houses that can only be accessed via the park. However I’m pleased to say that the concrete has been poured today, and the new path should be reopened by Monday 🙂
Thankyou for your patience on this one!
The attached photos were taken on Thursday before the concrete was poured.

UPDATE 7th May: This was not completed by Monday as promised. I have now been advised that “the cleaning up and unboxing of the concrete shutters will start today and that the contractors have committed to have the footpath opened to the public by the weekend.”
