Congratulations and welcome to the 242 people who became New Zealand citizens at last night’s Northern Citizenship Ceremony at the Bruce Mason Centre 
It was an honour for Kaipatiki Local Board Chair John Gillon to officiate, alongside fellow board member Adrian Tyler, and Upper Harbour Local Board members Uzra Casuri Balouch, John McLean and Nicholas Mayne, and Councillors Chris Darby and Richard Hills.
