A great, positive article about the businesses in Birkenhead town centre, one year after the Rawne Rd Carpark cracks first appeared.
I’m pleased that the “The Night Guide” owl sculpture that the Kaipatiki Local Board​ match-funded with the community and Birkenhead Village​ business association, has become an example of community spirit and is being hailed as a “beacon of hope” 🙂
