Work will begin soon on an enhancement of the playground area and drainage in the reserve. The current equipment is remaining (although will be tidied up), and we are adding a new mound double-slide, balance beams, timber stilts and decorative posts. The timber edge to the playground will be replaced with timber logs. Drainage will be improved through a new swale with boulders and native grasses. There will also be a new timber boardwalk replacing part of the path to go over the swale.
Construction is due to begin on 30 April and continue through until the end of May.
