The Freedom Camping bylaw hearing deliberations have resumed today (without Tau Henere who walked out of the last session) so that the panel can consider a legal challenge and also whether to recommend to the Governing Body (councillors) to defer the bylaw and start again, adopt the bylaw but defer when it takes effect, or adopt the bylaw as it is but consult on amendments next year.
