Auckland Transport are proposing to install “no stopping at all times” lines (broken yellow lines) at the northern end of Waimana Avenue.
This is expected to improve the accessibility for emergency services and rubbish trucks, as well as other large vehicles. Currently, parked cars limit the amount of space that vehicles have to turn, and nearby berms are continuously damaged.
